Confirmation - On Thursday, February 6th, Bethany & Carly Culick, Madison Salinas, Chris Valdez, and Juliana Rios will be confirmed at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Camden. Please keep them in your prayers as they prepare for their Confirmation.
Congratulations—We would like to congratulate parishioners Rich & Maryann Danback’s son, Deputy Scott Danback and his K9 partner, Matteo. Deputy Danback along with Matteo has been recognized as the 2024 South Carolina Law Engorcement Officer of the year. The award highlights their exceptional contributions to law enforcement and community engagement throughout the year. In addition, Scott & Matteo received the Alston Wilkes Society Award. The achievement of Deputy Danback & Matteo reflect the ongoing commitment of the Clarendon County Sheriff’s Office to public safety and fostering positive relationships within the community.
No Weekday Mass— Father Antony will be attending the Charleston Diocese Conclave in Columbia from Monday January 20 to Thursday January 23rd. Therefore there will be no weekday Masses on Tuesday 21st, Wednesday 22nd, and Thursday 23rd. Welcome Father Thomas Ebong— Starting Tuesday January 28th till February 27th, Father Antony will be traveling to India to visit family. During this time, we welcome Father Thomas Ebong who will be celebrating weekend Masses while Father Antony is away. There will be NO weekday Masses during this time.
We Appreciate Your Help—Thank you to the many people that helped make our Christmas season so wonderful and volunteers for decorating and having everything so beautiful. To everyone who participated in the liturgies: Choir, Servers, Lectors, Extraordinary Ministers, Ushers, your hard work and dedication is appreciated.
College Students & Military—The Women’s Club would like to keep in touch with your college students and those who serve in the military. See Karen Aldrich or Maria Daves to give us names and addresses, we will send cards and/or goodie boxes to your loved ones from our church.
