Our Lady of Hope Pastoral Council Minutes
Wednesday January 14,2026
Attendees: Fr. Antony, Donna Burchell, Ellen Rossoni, Ron Madrid, Maria Daves, John Hines, Valera Goff
Opening Prayer: Fr. Antony
Approval of minutes: Approved by all.
Ministry Reports
Finance: Ron reported He still needs information from the Diocese as to being able to access information regarding our finances. He is going to call and see if he can get answers.
CCD: We need to check on the number of children receiving their First Communion.
Building and Grounds: We Welcomed John Hines, who graciously accepted this position. Nothing new to report as of this time.
Liturgy: Ellen reported on the following regarding lent and Easter Sunday.
Lent: Stations Every Wednesday at 12:00 followed by Mass and a soup luncheon.
Ash Wednesday: St. Mary 7:00
St. Ann 9:00
Our Lady of Hope 6:00
Holy Thursday: St. Ann
Good Friday: 3:00 St. Ann’s
6:00 Our Lady of Hope
Easter Vigil: Our Lady of Hope: 8:00 Saturday Night
Easter Sunday: 9:00 Our Lady of Hope
May Crowning: first Sunday of May.
Divine Mercy: Sunday after Easter at St. Ann’s, 3:00
Women’s Club: Meeting Sunday January 18th. Possible Parish picnic in April after Easter.
Old Business: Sound Boards and Columbarium
Sound boards are not going to be used in the church. John Hines will address the speakers as to what may be done to improve them.
Frank has sent the information to the Diocese regarding the Columbarium. Waiting for their response.
Church Directory: Valera was unable to get the company that has Previously done the directory, as they no longer do that. She will continue to work on this.
